Core Rental Property Management Plan
Depends on condition and location of the property, Our Basic Management Fee is 5% - 8% of Monthly Rent.

Setup & Leasing (Asset Protection)

1. One-Time Setup Fee: This covers the creation of your dedicated online financial portal, initial property condition documentation, and compliance structuring.
2. Tenant Placement & Broker Fee: Massachusetts law requires landlords to pay the broker fee when hiring a rental agent. We make sure this is the smartest investment you make. This includes:

Non-Routine Administrative Applied to highly time-consuming external events, such as managing court evictions, attending city inspections, or coordinating complex insurance claims.
After-Hours Emergency Dispatch: Applied for only severe emergencies (like a midnight flood) that require our managers to be physically on-site or coordinate the repairs outside of our normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
