We discuss dues collection, financial reporting and budget coordination with your association. The proposal reflects how the community is organized and the information the board needs.

Shared-space maintenance

Shared-space maintenance

Common-area upkeep and recurring vendor services are organized around the association’s responsibilities. We help plan the work and maintain a clear record of activity.

Vendor & project coordination

Vendor & project coordination

For maintenance planning and capital work, we help coordinate vendors, compare proposals where applicable and follow the agreed approval process.

A scope built for your association

A scope built for your association

An HOA proposal is tailored to unit count, shared facilities and operational needs. It is separate from an individual rental owner’s management agreement.

GOOD TO KNOW
Do you serve both rental owners and HOAs?

Yes. The responsibilities differ, so each receives a plan suited to the property or community.

How is association pricing determined?

We prepare a tailored proposal based on the community’s unit count, responsibilities and service needs.

Does the board keep decision-making authority?

Yes. The board’s approval process and the manager’s responsibilities are defined in the agreement. We coordinate operations within that scope and bring decisions requiring board approval back to the board.

Can a small condominium association request support?

Yes. Share the unit count, common areas and work currently handled by volunteers. We assess the responsibilities and prepare a proposal for the community’s actual needs.

Can you help an association change management companies?

We discuss a transition plan covering records, vendor contacts, outstanding work and financial information. The current agreement, available records and board approvals affect the handover schedule.

How do you support budgets and larger common-area projects?

We help organize operating information, recurring vendor needs and project proposals for board review. The board decides priorities and funding; any specialist engineering or reserve study work is scoped separately.

Service scope is tailored to the property. Vendor costs, tenant placement and work outside routine management may be priced separately.
