Receive, record & prioritize requests
Tenant complaints and repair requests are logged, reviewed and communicated to the owner as appropriate. We coordinate access and the next steps with the tenant and vendor.
From a dripping faucet to seasonal exterior work, a rental property needs dependable coordination. Besto turns maintenance requests into organized actions and useful records.

Occupied rental homes and condos that need routine repairs, seasonal care and vendor coordination.

Tenant complaints and repair requests are logged, reviewed and communicated to the owner as appropriate. We coordinate access and the next steps with the tenant and vendor.

Routine work can include appliances, thermostats, plumbing fixtures, toilets, windows, locks and common-area lighting. Contractors perform repairs; Besto coordinates and supervises within the agreed scope.

Depending on the property, we arrange snow removal, lawn care, leaf cleanup, gutter cleaning, pest control, trash services and HVAC maintenance. Condo responsibilities are reviewed alongside association coverage.

Maintenance logs and expense reporting help you understand completed work and spending. Larger repairs move into a separate approval and project discussion; contractor charges are separate from management coordination.
The fee covers agreed management coordination. Vendor labor, materials and other property expenses are billed separately.
We discuss the scope and approvals. Qualifying work follows Besto’s two-quote policy so you can compare options.
The management agreement sets the approval process and spending authority. We discuss larger work with you and compare vendor proposals to help you assess scope, price and quality.
Depending on the agreed plan, we arrange lawn care, leaf cleanup, gutter cleaning and snow removal. We confirm the seasonal tasks and vendor charges for your property instead of assuming every exterior service is included.
We review the division between your unit and association responsibilities. That helps route requests to the right party and avoids duplicating shared-building services in your management scope.
Maintenance records, vendor invoices and expense reporting help connect the request, completed work and charge. Ask us about a line item if you need the supporting record or more context.
