Will I still make important decisions?
Yes. We agree on the service scope and repair approval process with you before taking over the day-to-day coordination.
Can you manage my condo or single-family home?
Both are within our service range. Share the location and any association responsibilities so we can define the right arrangement.
Can you support me if I live overseas?
Yes. We coordinate local tenant and vendor work, share operating records through the owner portal, and agree on how approvals and updates will reach you. English and Mandarin support is available.
Can you take over a property with existing tenants?
We first review the lease, rent records, open maintenance items and any current management arrangement. That review defines the handover tasks and start date before responsibilities change.
What happens when rent is late?
We record the balance, follow up with the tenant and keep you informed. If an issue needs legal action, the next steps and professional support are discussed with you. Management does not guarantee rent payment.
Are leasing and repair bills included?
Monthly management covers the agreed coordination work. Tenant placement, renewals, contractor labor, materials and work outside that scope are separate items in your proposal.
Service scope is tailored to the property. Vendor costs, tenant placement and work outside routine management may be priced separately.
